Co-founded a health-tech startup focused on personalized sleep ergonomics. Spearheaded the venture from initial market strategy through R&D, manufacturing, and GTM strategy. By blending market research with industrial design and digital product management, I established a workflow for manufacturing that addressed a critical gap in the $15B sleep market.
Production Architecture: Invented the proprietary manufacturing methods and established the end-to-end SlumbrSpace workflow, from sourcing colling memory foam to defining foam density standards.
Clinical Research Oversight: Managed strategic collaborations with medical professionals to integrate data into our product design, ensuring the ergonomic shape accommodated individual dimensions and orthopedic requirements.
Material Procurement: Conducted research to select optimal materials, balancing manufacturing feasibility with high-end consumer comfort.

Collecting and analyzing received data we discovered that almost 80% of respondents have sleeping problems and tried more than 2 pillows. The most often complainings were inappropriate height, firmness, and shape of pillows. Developing and prototyping the product, we based on the idea to create an ergonomic made-to-measure pillow which has to be delightful, easily usable and solve client problems.
Solution After some extra research, we decided that memory foam is an optimal material for the pillow as it doesn't have any allergic components. I developed some shape prototypes of a pillow and by the empirical research, we chose the most comfortable shape.

Finding the best 3D pillow model. Working in Blender and 3DS MAX software and using different materials as fabric, foam and mesh to show stages of production.


Collaborated with a photographer, a fashion model. Supervised the photo shooting process.

To differentiate SlumbrSpace within a conservative market, we came up with the idea of filming a satirical parody of traditional sleep industry advertisements. I managed the end-to-end production from scriptwriting and talent acquisition to launching marketing campaign and increasing audience engagement.
