Managing UX designers team on developing the Roche Ecosystem Hub Evolution (EHE) design system that includes a B2B portal builder for over 152 Roche affiliates worldwide, built-in e-commerce, digital learning tools, and other functionalities. Engaging and supporting the first migration cluster affiliates from UK, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Lebanon, Ukraine, Canada, and Saudi Arabia.
- Managed migration processes from the four previous HCP (health care professionals) portals to the new EHE platform.
- Defined the scope and resource allocation for the newly engaged affiliates (commercial portals, scientific portals, medical information portals, integrations with third-party solutions).
- Analyzed test results and make tactical and strategic recommendations to improve performance and scalability via architecture, infrastructure, and software.
- Supervised the implementation of agile cultural values and instill a culture of innovation, empowerment, transparency, collaboration and customer focus.
- Leveraged the power of visual storytelling to communicate complex ideas and concepts, using compelling visuals and elements to engage users.
- Oversaw the internationalization and localization of products, ensuring seamless user experiences for global audiences.
